This Privacy Policy describes the current operation of Prepared Home Guide at preparedhomeguide.online. It is intentionally based on the features that are active now and will be revised before new advertising, analytics, or tracking technology is added.
Information you choose to submit
The Contact page asks for a name, email address, topic, and message. The form uses that information to send an email to the site publisher. Contact submissions are not published and are not intentionally stored as WordPress posts. A submission may remain in the publisher’s email system for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a correction record, address abuse, or meet applicable obligations.
Please do not submit medical records, financial account details, passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information.
Normal technical data
Like most websites, the server and its security services may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or user-agent information, response status, and security-related events. These records support operation, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security monitoring.
The contact form applies a short rate limit using a one-way keyed representation of the connecting IP address. It also uses a WordPress security nonce and a hidden anti-spam field. These controls are used to reduce automated abuse rather than to build a visitor profile.
Cookies and local storage
The public informational pages do not currently use analytics, advertising, marketing, or retargeting cookies. WordPress may use essential cookies for administrative login and related security functions. Public account registration and public comments are disabled.
Analytics and advertising technology
Prepared Home Guide does not currently run Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or other marketing pixels. If those tools are introduced later, this policy will be updated before or when that functionality becomes active, and any additional consent controls required for the intended audience will be evaluated.
Service providers and disclosures
The hosting, network, email, and security systems used to operate the website may process information on the publisher’s behalf as part of normal technical delivery. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect the site, investigate abuse, comply with a valid legal requirement, or protect rights and safety.
External links
Articles may link to government resources or third-party websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own operators. Following an external link means the destination site may receive normal connection information from your browser.
Choices and questions
You can browse the public publication without creating an account or submitting the contact form. For a privacy question about information you previously submitted, use the Contact page and select “Privacy inquiry.” We may need reasonable details to locate a prior message without exposing information to the wrong person.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when site functionality or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top will be revised when a material change is published.
